Championship football returns for our Minor Footballers this Sunday, 30 August, with three Syls teams in action as the 2026 campaign gets underway.

There’s plenty to build on from last season, when both our Minor A and Minor D Footballers reached their respective Championship Finals. Neither final ultimately went our way, but both panels produced excellent Championship campaigns and plenty of quality football along the way.

With last year’s Minor panels featuring a mix of U17 and U18 players, many of those U17s are back this year and ready for another crack at the Minor Championship.

Our Minor A Footballers begin at home in Broomfield against St Vincents, while our Minor B Footballers are also at home, taking on Fingallians.

The Minor F Footballers are on the road, travelling to St Aidan’s CBS to face Whitehall Colmcille.
