A busy week for Syls on all fronts – from LGFA league results to adult hurling championship action in Round 3 and intercounty representation this weekend. Here’s your full round-up and what’s coming up this weekend.

🟢 Div 1B – St Sylvesters A 3-10 | Pobal Parnell A 1-6
The benefits of intense Defence Forces Ranger Wing military-style training on Portmarnock beach were clear to see with a strong home performance from our seniors, with great link-up play and clinical finishing securing the points.

A solid attacking display from our third ladies team who showed great composure in front of the posts to rack up an impressive 2-16.

🟢 Junior B Championship (3rd Team)
Awarded the points this week as Kilmacud Crokes conceded their scheduled tie.

A big bounce-back test for the seniors after last weekend’s narrow defeat to Commercials.

The second team aim to make it two wins in a row after edging Naomh Barrog away last weekend.

Championship will really start to heat up next month with our Senior Men and Junior B Ladies Football Championships getting under way in the first half of August, and our Intermediate Men, Senior Ladies, Junior A Ladies and U16 hurlers all starting their Round 1 games. We have updated the calendar to include results so far and U16 fixtures. Minor will be added as soon as they become available.
