There’s something special about 2012 in Syls history. 🔵🟢

That year, our adult hurlers lifted the Intermediate Championship title, defeating Round Towers 2–11 to 1–10 in a memorable final. It was a proud moment that marked a turning point for the club. In that same season, our Minor Footballers also reached the Minor A Championship Final, only just missing out to Crokes by two points after a brilliant campaign.

Fast forward to 2025, and both teams find themselves back in familiar territory — proof of the strength and spirit that runs through Syls across the generations.

Our Senior Hurlers have since climbed a level and now contest the Premier Intermediate (Senior 3) Championship Final, taking on Commercials at Parnell Park this Sunday at 4pm 🥎 — another big step forward for this talented group. U16s go FREE. Adult Tickets are available HERE >> 

Then on Monday morning, our Minor Footballers face Lucan Sarsfields in their Championship Semi-Final at Broomfield (11am) 🏐 — a home tie full of energy, belief, and excitement for the future.

🟢 The U15 Camogie team go searching for silverware in their Div 2 Shield Final away to Cuala on Saturday at 2pm 🥎.
🔵 Our Minor Footballers 2nd Team travel to O’Dwyer's for their D Championship Semi-Final on Sunday at 11am 🏐.
🟢 The U16 Ladies meet Fingal Ravens in their Single Code Final away in Rolestown at 4:30pm.
