The Annual General Meeting of St Sylvesters GAA Club will take place at 7pm on Sunday 29th November 2020 by virtual meeting as recommended by the GAA and Dublin County Board in light of the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
The following business shall be transacted at the Annual General Meeting:
(a) Adoption of Standing Orders.
(b) Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting.
(c) Consideration of the Annual Report of the Secretary
(d) Consideration of the Financial Statements including the Report of the Auditor(s)
(e) The Chairperson’s Address
(f) Election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee.
(g) Notices of Motion
(h) Other Business
Nominations are hereby sought for the positions of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Communications Officer and three ordinary committee members. Nominations must be received by 7pm on Sunday 15th November 2020.
If any member wishes to submit a motion for discussion and consideration by the members at the Annual General Meeting please provide details of the motion to the Secretary by 7pm on Sunday 15 November 2020.

Only members who are registered full members of the club on the date of issue of this notice have the right to attend this general meeting.
